AcousticSwipe is a discovery platform connecting designers with acoustic product manufacturers. You agree to use it in good faith — no scraping, no impersonation, no harassment. Manufacturers warrant they hold rights to all content they publish.
Accounts are individual and role-based: designer, manufacturer, or agency. Certain features — such as CAD file downloads — are unlocked for verified professional sub-roles (architect, interior designer, acoustic consultant, building developer).
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant AcousticSwipe a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. Manufacturers may not use designer inquiry data for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. In the case of platform-initiated deletion, we give 14 days notice and the opportunity to export your data first.
