We collect the information you provide when signing up (name, email, role, professional details), activity data generated while using the platform (swipes, saves, shares, inquiries), and technical data (IP address, device type, access logs). We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.
Manufacturers and agencies see aggregated, de-identified analytics about how designers engage with their content. When you send an inquiry, the manufacturer sees your name, role, and message — nothing else. We do not share individual activity data with any third party.
You can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings → Privacy. We process requests within 30 days. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA. Contact privacy@acousticswipe.com for any data request.
We use essential cookies for authentication and UI state (theme, sidebar). Optional analytics cookies are off by default and can be toggled in Settings → Privacy → Cookie preferences.
