1. Add your products. Each product needs a name, type, materials and a clear hero photo. Acoustic data (NRC, αw, dB reduction) is optional but boosts your discovery rank.
2. Upload reference photos with placements. References are how designers actually find you — a beautiful photo of a real installation, with a marker on every product visible. The photo itself can come from the architect; ask for permission and credit them.
3. Set up your inbox. Inquiries from designers land here with full context. Aim to reply within 48 h — fast responders get a "Quick replies" badge.
